A feasibility study by order of the Lahn-Marmor-Museum (2011). The aim of the project was to transfer and install an already existing exhibition of Lahn Marble into another space – a former warehouse shed from 1880 which is a part of the Villmar railway station. The shed had been restored preserving possibly a lot of its historic building structure and materials. The original building was topped with a newly built part – a space for workshops and lectures. The axial alignment of this segment enables a beautiful view on the Lahn River and on a historically unique marble bridge.
