a BRICK house (2012-2013), in preparation Three-storey detached house with a living space of 320 m2 for a young family with a child. Planned for a narrow and quite restricted in size waterside property located on one of the Bavarian lakes in front of a mooring for big passenger ships. The wish of the client was to keep the beautiful view on the lake without being interrupted by big passenger ships anchoring nearby every hour. That is why, living room is situated on the first floor of the building. In order to reduce energy consumption in the building, the staircase is removed out of the heated living space.
